Pretty swell weekened. New phone on Saturday and saw a show in New Jersey (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers). Today, I went to Jones Beach and IHOP. Good stuff!

Hmm the past few days have been nice. Yesterday was Friday the 13th and the world didn't end so that was good. Bridget now reads this and that excites me. Dana is still a spicy Italian working at Subway. I took a bike ride today up to Pulaski Road and back. It was really nice just with the wind at my face listening to Enrique on my iPod. So happy I don't have HW this weekend so I can stay in bed all day tomorrow on account of the monsoon. Rez's test yesterday was pretty easy except for 17 and 19. Pretty much dying to know if I got those right. I'll get back to you on that.
Tonight, I went into Greenlawn with Daizi, Lauren, Bridget, Lisa, Brandon, and others. Dana had to work, but she met up with us later. We went to Buffalo Grill and it was nice because Lauren and I shared dinners. PS- The skinniest one finished everything! [Moi]. After, we went to the train station to chill on the bike rack. I modeled for Brandon as he took very encriminating photos of me. As always we ended up at Dunkin Donuts. And, as always we had a really nice time. Hang in there kids. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
PSS- One day, I will ask Blathana to come out and play with me and she won't have work. It is my mission in life before I die.

I'm so happy that this quater is finally ending Friday. My grades this quater have been pretty good and I guess I've been trying harder with college pressure always on my mind. I just finished a 9 page paper for my Global Honors class on Florence Nightingale. What a pain in the ass that was, but it's nice to have completed something. So, basically everything is going well with school.. education wise.
Some people have come back from Spring Break completely different. And I do not mean for the better. Some of my friends have completely shut down and admit that there was a change, but it's for the better. They just aren't opening up. I hope I can get to the bottom of this.
Anyway, I want to stop writing soon and make my journal entries on videos. And then, I'll just post the videos on here. I kind of like the idea. I first need a video camera. I'm considering this one for $112.
Any other suggestions?

It's true-- Tomorrow begins the final 44 days of school until finals.
Bittersweet almost since I really don't want Spring Break to end, but we have to move on eventually. I have to finish this 5 page Global Honors paper by Friday [the 13th!] and I'm dying for my new phone. I can't get it until the 21st when my contract with Nextel runs out. I think I'm rambling, but I'm continuing. Anway, tomorrow I have a test on Lord of the Flies which I brilliantly didn't read. Hey! I read the Spark Notes. Jeez.
I'm dying to go away somewhere. Preferably Florida. Circumstances just aren't allowing it to happen. I miss the beach. Not New York beaches where it takes 'til August for the water to be decent enough to swim in. I want to take my boogie board out and get my boogie on. This summer is going to own. I just signed up for Driver's Ed and I want to fly down to Baltimore & Washington with my Dad. We stopped there for like 1 hour last year on our way back up from Virginia Beach and I loved it. So different. Maybe Lake Ontario as well?

It's been a while since I've posted, but I want to get back into the habit. A lot has happened in 2007, some good, some bad. But, that goes without saying. I feel like I'm really growing and learning more each day. It's kind of scary but exciting too. Hope people still do read this.
I wish Spring Break wasn't ending, but we're down to 44 days in school and we need to start making some headway with that. I've been keeping my eye out for a real job. This street corner isn't doing it for me.
I hate that I haven't been using my camera as much lately. I need to get inspired. It will come. I know it.

Happy Hump Day!
So I haven't updated this in a long time. I love life so much lately. I have the best friends ever. I'm going to the Roosevelt Field Mall this weekend. I can't wait. School is pretty good too. It's also very non-Decemberish feeling out. It's like 50 degrees out.
So, overall things are really good. Now, I'm watching Seinfeld and you probably don't care, but that's just fine!

I went to the village today with Daizi and Lauren. They are two cool kats.

Okay so I haven't updated in a few days, so here's the update:
Thursday- Field Trip to Planting Fields. Awesome trip and amazing place. I got some incredible shots. [Check Deviant] Flu shot afterwards :[ What a bitch.
Friday- I went to Huntington Village with Sarah<3 and we saw Stranger than Fiction. What a weird movie. We had fun though. She's awesome.
Saturday- I went to the mall with Otey and we saw Sara and Otey wanted me to buy shoes. [Lol] I had one of the most amazing pretzels of my life and I bought the book Running with Scissors.
Sunday- I vegged all day. I loved it. I didn't a little school work and studying, but overall I did shit. I need more days like this!
...Full week of school coming up. Will I make it?
I think so. The Variety Show is coming up this weekend and Thanksgiving is next week. 2006 sure is flying by. November is almost half-way over. Time is passing me by. And! The first quarter is ending on Tuesday so I'm really happy I get a fresh start on Wednesday. That always feels good. Have a great week everyone!!!

I love this time of year. It makes me so happy. 2006 is rapidly coming to a close and I mean next week we have to choose our class rings. It's crazy. I went to New Jersey yesterday and took oodles of pictures. [Check dA]
Tomorrow, school obv. Thursday, field trip for Computer Art. Friday, no school for Vet's Day.

1.) A king size waterbed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq. ft. house 4 inches deep.

17.) Marbles in gas tanks make lots of noise when driving.
18.) You probably DO NOT want to know what that odor is.
19.) Always look in the oven before you turn it on; plastic toys do not like ovens.
20.) The fire department in Austin , TX has a 5-minute response time.
21.) The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earthworms dizzy.
22.) It will, however, make cats dizzy.
23.) Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy.
24.) 80% of Women will pass this on to almost all of their friends, with or without kids.
25.) 80% of Men who read this will try mixing the Clorox and brake fluid. |
